The wife and I have enjoyed Maniac a lot. Has a depressed Legion vibe.

Watched the first three episodes of White Lotus on HBOmax. Not sure how I feel about it and not ready to give up. It feels like something big is gonna happen. I mean we know something big happens, but the build-up to it seems long-winded.
Thank you for the recommendation, that was a series like no other, I loved it. Funny, entrancing, uplifting. Grazie!
Discovered The Righteous Gemstones, Hacks and this one thanks to the great taste of the PRFrs. This thread, she delivers.

Anyone seen "Raw"? Not an easy watch, but an innovative approach to horror.

Just saw Titane last night, and .... wow. There's one scene I'll never forget. As memorable as Isabelle Adjani's subway grocery freakout in Possession.
I hope people keep giving this director money to make things.

Neither Raw nor Titane did much for me. Style over substance in a big way.

We've been watching The Great on Hulu, it's an 'occasionally true story' about Catherine the Great. Elle Fanning is good, but Nicholas Hoult is great as the emperor. Lots of bawdy, LOL lines per episode.
