Might be ok. Fruit + cheese in a dessert works fine in cheesecake.

Looks like I’m not going to be taking a break from watching cable news this evening.

That's old school Yankee cuisine, like Kerouac in a diner. Sharp cheddar and an apple have a certain complimentary thing. Think of some Spanish tapas/charcuterie, those flavors collide on a good cheese board.

It's usually Velveeta on a shitty store bought pie that is like 90% syrup and 10% apple, so let's not get carried away with the gastronomical superlatives. It's usually fucking disgusting. That said, the concept of jam on cheese and bread (or with kødboller) should not be foreign concept to a Swede.

And burritos can be bought in the frozen section of your local grocery store. Anything is bad in its lowest common denominator.

Sure, but that's a whole different thing.

(I'd take marmalade over jam though.)

Sharp cheddar on apple pie is delicious and is definitely not a new thing.

Isn't it kinda dumb that you can be sad and despair so much when there are so many cool, fun and sexy things going on?

So many people keen to make the point that copyright infringement is theft when copyright infringement is absolutely NOT theft. All those unskippable propaganda videos at the start of DVDs in the 90s did their job I guess, now everybody's fully on board with the corporate conception of ideas as property.

I wonder if anyone has made a rap over John Cage's 4:33, and if so, if the estate of John Cage tried to sue.
