Well, all humorous names for ridiculous sexual acts consist of a Proper Noun denoting location followed by a loosely analogous noun (i.e. "Cincinnati Bowtie" or "Cleveland Steamer").
I don't think Indiana has any sex acts to call its own yet, so let's call this one the "Fort Wayne Thunderstorm".
