"flip" had entropia(ion?), a condition in which his eyelash was growing on and toward the inside and irritating his eye. the condition was probably caused by the fights he's been in, having cut his eye a number of times while kicking neighborhood cat ass. it also may have been hereditary.
thanks, economic stimulus package. i was planning on stuffing my $600 into a mattress, sigh. at least i didn't buy any goods from china.
i'll post another photo when he's all healed.
