I'm rather smitten with this mid-50's Magnatone Varsity 108 I picked up this weekend. Not a steal by any means - but it was a dreary Sunday and decided to Treat Yo(my)Self!Good shape for vintage and sounds great. SE 6V6, 12AX7, 5Y3 champ-like set-up but rated at 8? watts with much more headroom - really doesn't break up until the end. Best part was being able to get it in the door and up the stairs under a jacket with no notice from the Mrs!
