I am so sorry.

My father died two years ago, and this is exactly how I remember his passing. “A deeply humbling moment”. It was sad but somehow relieving to see him go in such a peaceful way.

this is heartbreaking man_who_tries,

grief is rarely linear going directly from denial to anger to bargain etc.. give yourself time to process riding out the pain during these stages as they cycle and throughout this be kind to yourself, really give yourself the sympathy and sentiments you'd give any of us and direct it inward .. im praying for you, and if your name ever changes, we will only allow you to be known as man_who_succeeded
