Here's another drone shot.



Stone and steps - Seeded with clover today. Did quite a bit of cleanup. 8 brush piles taken down. Another wood pile should bring us close to 5 damn years worth, which is insane. A little grass seed before the ground freezes and this whole plot can take a deep slumber to heal up properly next spring. Insulation begins TOMORROW. Siding and drywall into November LFG.

Looks killer.

How don't I be jealous am I would like to stop

Phase X complete. Next up : staining, a stamped concrete patio, then I impatiently do nothing until we topsoil the whole damn bit in spring and get some grass growing. Outside decking, drywall, and interior begin. Hell of a week.

This is going to be the best compound our cult... er... social group of mutual acquaintances with similarly shared interests and values, has ever had!

STAINING FIN! Absolutely clutch job by Stanton and crew at Northwoods Refinishing. SSE Log oil beeswax with charcoal trim. Gorgeous. Onward to interior trim, fireplace stone, ceilings and flooring. LFG.

Progress report. Fireplace stone has begun. Car-siding and ceiling’s are in. Darker trim and dark doors incoming. Downstairs laminate looking great, the upstairs flooring is acclimating and goes in next week. Then we wrap up quartz measurement, get the cabinets and live edge counter / bar top on. This is the fun part. Getting there! Looking at January finish line.
