Bloody damn insomnia. I have tried listening to music, not listening to music, reading fiction, reading non-fiction, not reading, writing, lying on my side, lying on my front, and I still could not sleep last night, which is very unusual for me. I gave up trying and watched this documentary on the Warsaw Uprising, so now I am also filled with helpless anger at dead people.

Worked till like 9 last night, went and practiced for a few hours. Went home and ate and showered. Came right back to work. Going back to practice right after I get off work till late tonight.
