You should not be entertaining the notion of having sex with 14 year olds, exceptionally mature 14 year olds or slow witted 14 year olds it does not matter one bit. It's a fucking child.
If you are an adult and just cannot contain these thoughts and start trying to justify them with 'well, he's a very mature 15 year old, I am doing no harm' you really need to take a step back and get a grip on just what the fuck your problem is.
Find an adult to fuck, seriously. Work out your cowardly issues that deny you the ability to have normal sexual relations with grown folk and force you into looking at Jr High schools as a valid place to meet sex partners.

you can choose enough. sexuality and genetics don't excuse criminal behavior.

Some people may be guided by circumstances, history life rather than a chosen or preferred course of action.

Yeah, in my experience.

When I was in rehab a few years ago, I knew a guy my own age who was there for sex addiction. He couldn't stop fantasizing about having sex with super-young people. The internet fed his addiction. He had been repeatedly abused by a neighbor for years without anyone knowing about it.

He was one of the nicest people I've known. I felt terrible for him, because it really was an addiction. He didn't know what to do to stop it. Last I heard his life is going really well, though. He got help.

These people aren't monsters. What they do is incredibly fucked up, but they're humans like us.
