Give it time to develop; i remember finding the first two or three episodes of season one pretty ordinary as well. I don't think it was until Claire woke up on the autopsy table with her chest flayed open that i thought, "holy shit!"

forgot about the haitian, his character is slick. It was one of the few times I enjoyed Mohind. I love the whole "Haiti?" response. Although I tire of this mysterious "everyone knows where everyone is but pretends like they don't" subtext about the various corporations/organizations.

Eriko Tamura has a perfect body btw... wow those are boobs from a goddess
Fun Fact - shes over 30!

Yeah the Haitian and HRG meeting up again was the definite high-point of last night's episode. That and when Claire cut off her pinky toe. I was surprised they could show that on network TV!

Also glad that Ali Larter hasn't shown up.

...yet...

agreed on all counts. i love the haitian. although i think ali larter and family returning next week may help this season feel more like heroes. as much as i hated her storyline i almost miss it now; at this point i don't know what the heck i'm watching. maybe it just seems weird because they are dealing with a lot of conspiracies this season. hopefully it will gel soon.

was it just me or was that scene where mama petrelli was being attacked by he-who-cannot-be-seen kind of the gayness? i'm getting into the maya and alejandro part more and more though. i like the yinyang twins thing--he heals what she corrupts. nice.

kensei is going to get more interesting... (i hope). here's an idea: maybe claire is a descendant of his.

I like the maya stuff too but its very cliche as well the twin power thing, but if Heroes became more comic book and less Alias/Xfiles it could work very well.

When that dude in the prison with Alejandro was all "hey take me I have a car" and then they hop in Claire's Rogue, that was the eye-roll breaking point for us.

I didn't realize America only had 15 people in it.

I didn't even notice that it was Claire's car.

My confidence hasn't been shaken. I remember it taking several episodes for last season to get up to steam. So, I'm going to stay patient.

I do feel like they basically stole Clark from Smallville and said "here, hang out with Claire." They made him a bit more sarcastic is all.

I don't like the whole painting storyline. They've been trying to do this story for years in X-men with "Destiny's Diaries." No one seems to care there, I don't understand why they think it will work here.

And the illusionist that Syler gets with the coffee cup? That's it? A coffee cup? Really? All that trouble and she's not prepared for him to come at her with a coffee cup?

I liked that they killed Micah's father.

I like the reoccurring Star Trek gag and can't wait to see Spock.

I hope they do the golden age episode soon and we get to see the original super-team.

/agree

Although I violently hate the superclaire side kick, and claire's acting has gone downhill, she is all smug and ironic this season, too much lindsay lohan lifestylings over the summer.

Not to mention the CHORRRIBLE special effects of the "flying" that was fucking B movie bad.

We watched Journeyman afterwards, and the whole time we were just lamenting ROME being cancelled :( although Moon Bloodgood is incredibly hot, I think my girlfriend got tired of me saying "wow she's way hotter than his current day wife"
