I'm working on drinking less, and hopefully that will transition to drinking rarely. (May be wishful thinking, but it's where I'm at right now.)
My trigger time is when the sun goes down. This past week, I tried a very low TCH (2mg) / CBD (4mg) beverage (CANN Blood Orange Cardamom flavor) as a substitute. I mostly have trouble getting unwound and relaxed for sleep time. So, I've had one 8oz. can a couple nights instead of wine or a cocktail. Not sure if it makes me sleepy-ish, but does relax me a bit. Going to bed and getting to sleep is actually anxiety inducing for me. I no longer am taking Ambien. I do take a low-dose Melatonin gummy (1mg -3mg) often. Not sure if I should maybe take the same dose every night at the same time, as opposed to whenever I decide it's time for bed?

Anyway, hoping to overcome my sleep anxiety naturally, ultimately.

So it's been a month of not smoking. I miss it but also the thought of it kind of grosses me out. I used exactly one of those On pouches which burned my mouth, and have gum, which I chew a few times a week. I bought 200 pieces, LOL. There are a couple of times a week that I want one, after some event after which I would normally have one, or being in a particular place. I only had about six a day, and had no problem gong without for hours at a time (14 hours flights were not a problem at all), so I'm not sure it was nicotine I was hooked on, for me I think it was more the ritual.

Anyway, as a smoker I shit once a day, in the morning, before showering; it was perfect. I never used to have to shit out in the world. Now, I'm all over the place (wrt to time, that is) and I'm not a fan. I can't take fiber supplements cuz they make me uncomfortable with gas. What to do...
