Good on ya. You're not alone.

This is from last August:

Labour membership down 125,000 since last general election, accounts show.

And a bunch more left in March:

Labour membership falls by 23,000 over Gaza and green policies

Holy shit, jury has a verdict in the Trump case already... should know in the next hour or two.

EDIT: well, the Republican presumptive nominee and former president of the USA is now a convicted felon.

So we might have someone in jail elected president, at which point he will pardon himself.

Isn't this through NY State? Can't pardon state crimes, only federal. He'd have to go to the governor.

As wild as it is to say the most boring, utilitarian way this is likely to bring him down is by turning off a small percentage of likely voters.

Remember when Romney lost with a couple of cringey comments? Or when Howard Dean lost a primary when he enthusiastically yelled in a guttural voice? This fuckin guy merely (insert staggering list of illegal acts, moral failings, and shockingly embarrassing behavior).

Really not sure if he’ll go to jail. My understanding is that it’s uncommon for offenses such as these. But I’d also imagine that the massive loss in the unrelated civil fraud case might impact the sentencing hearing.
