Frankly, that's just mental.

I loathe Sam Allardyce and his flabby drab face, but all the same - eight months! Ludicrous. He took a while to build a good side up at Bolton. He was given time to play the transfer markets shrewdly. People just aren't given enough time to achieve anything these days.

The mentality of the Geordie football fan is the downfall of Newcastle United Football Club. You moan about a lack of success, and yet you ditch managers before they have a chance to get a grip on things. You bemoan the lack of attacking play - but SAM ALLARDYCE is your manager. This man builds sides based on dull, direct, defensive football! What did you expect?!

I vote Chris Waddle for next NUFC manager. He'd get you playing the best attacking football ever. You'd lose every game 5-3 and get relegated in a blaze of glory. Sounds great.

Ben Parker too! He seems alright.

The Allardyce thing is fucking ridiculous. Let's see them bring in Alan Shearer now. See you in the Championship sooner or later, Toon Army.

Do you think he posts on the PRF?

He uses Dave Grohl's computer.

Edit - Mr. Hall, you are aware your signature is attributed to one of the recently departed, right?

It's ridiculous, he's had something like 24 games. Poisoned chalice isn't it? What manager would seriously entertain a management job where you could be sacked after 24 games?

I've said it before and i'll say it again, most Newcastle fans are stupid cunts.

In fairness to the board Allardyce wasn't their appointment, but still.

I hope for your sake, Mr Hall, that your next manager is not Alan Shearer.

Incidentally, if you feel like being patronised*, Alan Green is talking about your club on Radio Five right now.

*by which I mean, 'feel like punching your radio'.

I like Alan Green.

There, I said it.

Well, "like" isn't the right word, but I enjoy listening to him shout his whiny mouth off, and I enjoy his commentary.

Yeah, although his love for the club is undoubted, he'd be stupid to take the job given the state of the club and his lack of experience and coaching badges. Still, until he is given his shot his name is going to be perpetually linked with the club.
