I don't know why, but anytime there's a valuable guitar/bass/amp on Goodwill it ends up selling for the same if not way more than it would on Reverb or Ebay. Something about the platform seems to attract bidders who have no idea what the actual value of something is!
That TB2000 needs a nut (and a knob) so not in the worst state, but it's already over $3k with a week to go. Will easily go over $4k if not near $5k-$6k.
yeah I've seen that over and over again - consistently see well used (ew) Shure SM58s go for $>100 on Goodwill. I gave up on it

I got what I thought was a good deal on an 80s G&L bass, and then ended up having to have the damn thing refretted (the ONLY time I've ever had to do that!). It was a great playing and sounding bass, and I think I still came out ahead when I sold it, but I haven't tried to get anything through Goodwill since.

Anything I’ve followed on there has generally sold under what it would go for in marketplace/reverb/etc - more along the lines of a good eBay score. I don’t think there are really scores or anything but generally it’s just always weird to see oddball stuff turn up at goodwill given how easy it is to just google the value of… anything?

I don’t really know what this is other than a slicer-type pedal. On sale for $100 so I got one to try on keyboards or organ or whatever.
