That album has grown on me over the years, I thought it was weird when I first bought it. I wish they'd do something like this again.

Said it before, but bears repeating: It's the record I imagine as OK Computer is to its acolytes.

It's one of those "band got so big that they no longer give a shit and are just going to do whatever the hell they want" kinds of albums. Results are often spectacular on both ends of the scale.

I didn't really care for it at the time it was released, though since you all mention it, I am going to give it a listen again now.

It has a few of my fave U2 tunes, but also a few stinkers. Production is superb though.

Probably their last interesting record.

(I enjoy a couple of tracks from Pop, I must say)
