I know this is a very, very, very, VERY, very, very, very, very tall order but sometime in my lifetime I would love to be in a band with no alcoholics. Yeah, heh, I know, I'm here all week.

yeah we should stay away from the coke discussion, its way too depressing and I'm sure all of us have a million horror stories about friends who were hooked on it.

I tried it 1 time and it didnt do much for me other than keep me awake and bored. Then again I tend to have no reaction to a lot of drugs i've tried that others get mad hooked on
VIcs, perks, codine, coke, I guess i'm lucky. I've watched people throw away their entire family for a few more perks/vics.

What is it about Atlanta and coke I just don't get it. It's completely fucking rampant and it only takes about a week for people who previously despised it to get really into it once they're here.

I think because you can meet a coke dealer or someone who knows someone so easily in just about every social circle around here. I mean, shit. I was here two days when the third person I spoke to in my HIGH SCHOOL class had a brother who was a dealer. Let the mayhem begin.

Come-downs off the shit here have been killer. Like, I just wanted to slit my own throat the first time I did the shit. It's cut with shit that just makes you miserable.

I don't go to Emory, but I do go to State. I work a shit ton for my father's business and I do some freelance writing on the side so I get paid pretty well. I'm originally from PA, so I was born a Yank, yet I never had any desire to assimilate into "Southern culture." I like grits and Hank and that's it. I prefer cola to sweet tea and I laughed when Dale died.

Yeah..."Coca"-Cola!!!1!!!11!!!! It's true on two levels...a Southerner knows why (if not everybody here).

Up here we get good weed, regs to mid/pricey. The cocaine is always free as long as you can wait for somebody to give you some, and it's usually decent. I hate the way it abuses my sinuses so I don't touch it much. Rich kids up here often get hooked on H which is vaguely amusing, especially when they kill their parents with a breadknife for cutting their allowance.

Soooo I'm wondering, does smoking pot prompt a person to make the same kind of joke twice on a thread?

Dutch parliament has recently issued a smoking ban proposal for public places, with the exception of the friggin' hash-rooms.

So maybe I finally get to hang out in them!

I don't really have an interest in smoking pot anymore, but if it's around, I might still bum the occasional drag.
