Just finished these yesterday, after plugging away at them for the last few weeks. Since these are the only two that I will ever make (one for me, and the other for and old friend), I went a little crazy designing the panel. The circuits from edge to center:-Serge Dual Universal Slope Generator with added circuitry for hold and cycle switches/gate inputs, and an end-of-rise gate output- Ian Fritz dual 2Q/4Q (VCA/ring mod) and 4-input mixer- dual attenuverter (amplifier with -1 to 1 gain) with OR (aka peak) output

Thanks everyone! I have to build stuff like this every once in a while to remind myself why I go for easy-to-build kits more and more, especially now that I am trying to play out and make music again.

IANFM Nate Dort, but that looks like a pretty standard off-the-shelf open frame linear power supply. Bel/Power One is a pretty common manufacturer in the US. Not sure about in EU...maybe check Farnell?

Nate Dort wrote:I came out of retirement for a few minutes and did one last PM1000 rack job with parts that I had in my stash. I think the last one of these I did was in 2013.So, anybody want to buy a PM1000 rack?the power supply looks really neat! could you tell me where you bought that kit?also: did you ever mix on a PM1000 desk? I thought I'd never see one of those around here, but yesterday I saw a 16 channel desk for sale not too far away from where I live. I'm tempted to buy it for racking the channels but then again it might be stupid to pull a great desk apart for the single channels.
