I sorta get stuck on certain albums every once in a while.

The folk music of this country is unsurpassed. It can be very bouncy and jolly (as in this example), or incredibly sombre and aching.

Holy crap this is from the year 2000. I missed it back then, thought most cool stuff of this sort had stopped happening in the mid-90s. This is also muuuuch better than what Front 242 was doing at the time.
