Intrusive thoughts are forcing me to seek out a dam and jump inside of the whirlpool. I'm reading a lot of articles that say you wouldn't survive, but I bet that's just because they don't wan't a bunch of drunk teenagers jumping in dam gloryholes. I'm glad I don't live by a dam.

Pretty sure that hypothermia might be a bigger issue than the whirlpool this time of year.

What if I wore a wet suit or scuba gear? Better yet, you know how Jodie Foster was was secured to some type of chair when she went tubin down a wormhole in
Contact? Something like that but much smaller...something ensconced in a submersible but a see-thru one. This would take all of the randomness out of it but I'd survive.

Yeah, I think it would sort of defeat the purpose.
How about a barrel?

If a band insists on using IEM's, I don't want in.

Don't know if it's the same, but I hate those small earphone plugs that have been popular for so long.

Watched a video of "Shotgun" by JR Walker & The All Stars and thought about my mom who used to love that song. When he'd shout "It's Twine Time" my mom would go "HEYYY" and start to do the Twine and I'd go "GET IT THEN." Today I realized I never actually listened to the "Twine Time" song so I queued her up and let it rip. Good song! Slinky. Garage-soul. Then, I started thinking about the Velvet Underground and how as a kid I found their first record in my grandmother's basement. That discovery always tripped me out because there's no way that Little Mama, preacher's wife, was listening to the Velvet Underground and it hit me: that was probably my mom's record.
