She's a former prosecutor who put a lot of people in jail.
back when she did her job.

People like child rapists and murderers? Funny how prosecutors are selectively the hero or the villain, depending on who's side you're on.

But I guess if you don't like people being prosecuted for crimes, Trump is the guy. Personally I'd rather see him debate a former prosecutor over somebody who talks like he should be in a care home.

She's younger but seems to be formerly of the Clinton Democrat variety: law and order, balanced budgets etc. I want to hope that like Biden she's since turned left several degrees into a FDR-lite, make government improve people's lives kind of way.

No need to guess. Look at the last 4 years. If they’ve improved your life consider yourself lucky.

We are all glad they beat Trump but there’s nothing like covid to scare voters this time. They have to do better than “she’s a good communicator.” (She’s not btw)

How HAVEN’T they improved our lives? Do you not remember what a shit-show 2020 was, even beyond the pandemic?

The entire world had Covid, yet the US was pretty unique, in terms of streets-literally-on-fire-ness. And Trump made sure that half the country couldn’t access basic reproductive rights.

But hey, I get it. Inflation is 3% instead of 2%, so it’s worth allowing enforcement of the Comstock Act.

+1

If my life is at all worse now than it was four years ago, it’s primarily because of Trump’s SC appointees.

I just wish Biden hadn’t just telegraphed to our adversaries that if you want to do something that’s going to piss off the USA, requiring an immediate, coherent response, do it at 9 PM EDT.

Ian MacKaye once wisely pointed out that when he votes for president he doesn't think of his own welfare. He said that with very different presidents his life remained largely unchanged. This was his way of acknowledging his privilege. So logically, he points at the vulnerable in the U.S. and abroad.

Between these two old men many would say that for Gazans it is a draw. They're equally terrible. Unfortunately they're correct. However for immigrants, LGBTQ+, and gosh I guess the half of our population identified as women Trump is a clear danger.

There have been points where Trump actually effected my privileged middle class ass, beyond offending my morals and values. Even Bush wasn't capable of that. When your country is in crisis and your leader is incapable of understanding science or deferring to experts shit gets dicey.

Don’t you live in Lilliput or something? Maybe stick to commentary on local dog catcher elections? Kamala Harris locked up black and brown people for being poor. Sure she must have prosecuted some real bad guys, but it’s not like she did or risked anything to catch them.

Mackaye admits he’s a single issue voter. End war.

Picciotto has donated to Nader, Obama, Warren, sanders, orourke, and Biden. Source, opensecrets.org.

Don’t get me wrong. 2020 was the worst but I’m not sure voters will give Biden credit for our recovery.

I know several immigrants who voted for trump. Probably more who won’t admit it.

What happens in the US significantly impacts everyone globally. Admonishing someone who lives outside of the US for having an opinion on the US elections makes no sense to me. And many of them know a lot more about the US elections than people actually in the US.
