Spalding Gray's "Terrors of Pleasure" monologue. I saw a video version of this on HBO back in the 80's, it was my first exposure to him. Since then I've tracked down pretty much all the CDs and movies, so if anybody is interested, just ask.
I know nothing about this guy, except that I loved his little spiel in
True Stories. Is his other stuff anything like that?

These guys are often cited as influencial to the Japanese scene as Les Rallizes. At the very least they laid the groundwork for High Rise, which in my mind is reason enough to love em!
