The latest Budos Band album.

Everyone in the world should own this. Unbelievably engaging, irresistible Afro soul/funk. Played by a bunch of (predominantly) white dorks from Staten Island.

Damn, I love this band.

Neil Diamond's Beautiful Noise. His performance of "Dry Your Eyes" blew me away when I saw The Last Waltz again recently, so I figured I'd check out this Robbie Robertson-produced concept album about Diamond's life during the Tin Palley heyday.

Man, this record sucks.

I just picked up the new Michael Yonkers & The Blind Shake LP, which was released locally on Nero's Neptune out of Minneapolis. Sounds great! I've been waiting for this album for a long time.
