Doing my hip at the moment. Five exercices, three sets of ten, twice per day. Weekly stupidly expensive (although, to be fair, benificial) PT sessions that will drop to 50 bucks once I reach my deductible in a few weeks. Also have dropped processed sugar as much as possible because it's the primary inflammatory agent I ingest. Probably still surgery of some sort on the horizon, too. Proper nuisance, indeed.
