For $250 I d definitely get it, especially if you already have an SVT. Extra especially if you already have an Ovation Magnum. There is a certain genre of practice space amp that is too big to take out for many shows but still kicks ass enough to keep. This feels like one of those things. Btw, I only skimmed thru that thread but are people acting like a Mesa Diesel 215 is a sensible alternative to an 810? Because it s not, those 215s sound glorious but are still a giant pain in the ass to haul around. Might have been talking about 2 1x15s but whatever

I've already got a Mesa Diesel 15 and a Trace Elliot 210, but that stack is about the same height as an 810 and probably 8" deeper. I've only played an 810 once, with my 800RB, and it sounded great. Maybe a little less flubby than the diesel, and it cut through like crazy. I've got an SVT II non-pro that I want to pair it with.

Somebody talk me out of grabbing this vintage 810 cab. It's been up there for a month. I bet I can talk them down to $250.https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/msg/ ... 67161.html
