A good moment from that episode was when Lisa was passing a note saying something along the lines of "guess who likes you" from the back of the class up to Nelson in the front. Nelson reads the note, turns around and Milhouse waves to him.

The bit ends with Lisa apologizing to Milhouse while he's on a stretcher and the paramedic says something like "he can't hear you, the blood has clogged his ears". or some shit.

I'm usually really stoned when I watch the Simpsons.
