Yeah, I thought that at first. I've not read any of KillPop's posts before seeing this thread. I had a quick read of his other posts and threads, and he seemed to get a varied and long tirade of admittedly witty responses in those. Many of them were forum insider jokes and to the newcomer, who doesn't know much of the insider collective knowledge and wit, it reads very adversarial.

I see how it is all fair game and that, but I just kind of feel sorry for him.

Pavement does it a lot and nirvana also. And you guys give me shit for it. For not being able to sing. Sorry trying something different. Sorry its not cookie cutter and mainstream.

I feel really bad. Not from how you guys try to be complete assholes in response of everything I do that this would be happening on a cool forum I had really high hopes for.

Agreed, it's not easy, but when you used to go to your friends house to play, didn't your mom tell you to mind your manners? It's only common sense to be polite and not thrash about. (at least in the beginning!)

Holy.
Fucking.
Shit.

I missed a lot. Damn.

Now the earlier mention of the carpeted brick makes sense.

Do you need a job?

Yeah, I'm looking now. My last job was a contract position so I knew it wasn't permanent. They had been severely cutting back the department for the past few months, so I made sure to prepare for the possibility.

Since then, I've put out a bunch of resumes and have been getting several calls a week. Had a phone interview today that went well, but the job was way too far out in the suburbs so whatever.

Is your current employer hiring now?

it's contract. i think so, though. me and joesepi work together. it's a constant party, i tells yah.
