1622Snake is the only adequate covering for a Soldano. Nothing else can hold it.

1623I haven't heard one of those lil buddy Soldano amps, but pre-Verellen those were ALL over the heavy band scene in the PNW. I have three friends who all bought Avengers (basically a JCM800 circuit with 6L6s) within a couple months of each other, and they all still own and play them nearly 25 years later. None of them had TORLEX unfortunately.

The Torlex was really the best innovation of the Soldano decisions.
