hopefully this is the first and last time

There are too many godawful songs to decisively name the lamest, but the one that has bothered me the most lately is "This is Why I'm Hot" by Mims. Most of what I hear on commercial radio is shit, but that song distinguishes itself.

I have to mention a couple of bands from the area where I grew up: Verve Pipe and the lesser known Botfly. I can't single out a song by either of these bands...everything they have done is utterly, irredeemably wretched. Their names come to mind whenever I think about crap music.

Holy crap - is this a joke or is it an "inspired" piece?
I'm thinking it's the latter, but I hope I'm wrong.
