Holy god! Another who has seen "Lionman?!?"
My suggestions are the above Turkish delight of "Lionman," Ray Denis Steckler's/Wolfgang Schmidt's "Blood Shack" (which is also known by at least 2 other titles, "Curse of the Evil Spirit" and "The Chooper"),
"Castle of Death", pretty much any Italian zombie movie ever made, and motherfucking "ROCK AND ROLL NIGHTMARE."
If you have Family Video in your area, they tend to be the best chain in terms of finding hideous movies.
This movie is one of the many gems I've found in a Family Video store, though my particular version is titled "Erotic Encounters of the Fourth Kind." It's...spellbinding. The dialog. The acting. The plot. It's one of the worst movies ever made. Like "Lionman," it's one of the best movies ever made.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that Ben and I recently watched "Pterodactyl," starring Coolio. That was terrible.
"Snakehead Terror" or any of the "Shark Attack"s are awesome as well. In Shark Attack 3, one of the lines of dialog is, "I'm a little wired... what do you say I take you home and eat your pussy?"
If you get the edited version, it's changed to, "I'm a little wired...what do do you say I take you home and watch 'I Love Lucy.'"
"Hundra" is another favourite of mine, which I neglected to comment on.
Incredible! I found Lionman on VHS a couple years ago at a garage sale for $0.50
Best $0.50 I've ever spent.
If enough people were interested I may be persuaded to transfer this title to DVD!

With the possible exception of
Flesh Gordon, all the movies you've mentioned (and most of Russ Meyer's body of work) are actually pretty great. These are movies that are
differently good -- they don't follow the same rules as what you're likely to see at the gogolplex on a Friday night, but on their own terms they tell their stories in an interesting and compelling way. Especially
Meet The Feebles -- how often do you get to see a movie in which a heroin-addicted frog has a Vietnam flashback? Now that's entertainment!
I did think of one title many bad film buffs I know cherish --
Night Of The Lepus, in which rabbits the size of compact cars terrorize the Southwest. It's pretty amazing, and boy do they try hard to make the bunnies look scary, to no avail.

it's shitty movie night almost every night at our house. once we're both home from work we'll go through the cable listings and pick out the shittiest looking movie and then watch it in its entirety.
some recent selections:
demolition man, starring stallone, bullock and snipes
tango and cash, starring stallone and russell
judge dredd, starring stallone and schneider
kindergarten cop, starring schwarzenegger
junior, starring schwarzenegger
twins, starring schwarzenegger
cop and a half, starring burt reynolds
wes craven's new nightmare (decidedly the shittiest movie of all the shitty movies we've seen recently)
iron eagle
EDIT: oh i almost forgot the fan, starring wesley snipes and deniro (really, really shitty!)
of these i especially recommend cop and half and tango and cash, although demolition man is pretty good too

little known fact about me: i auditioned to be in "cop and a half". obviously, i did not get the role, otherwise i'd be a huge movie star by now, and, at the age of 25, i'd be struggling to get over my 2nd major drug addiction.
but it was certainly a hilarious experience that myself an a slew of 8-10-year-olds will forever remember fondly each time somebody obscurely references the film.

Exactly, they are compelling films to watch, even Flesh Gordon because it's a good satire of the old Flash Gordon epic. -- Liquid Sky OTOH, still leaves me queasy due to the fact that when my roomates rented it years ago, I was sick with the flu. Nothing amplifies the strangeness of being on the verge of delerium like the line, " Yeah baby, I can kill with my cunt", when you're running a 104 degree fever.
Then again, if you want to watch truly horrible cinema, you can always park your TV on HBO, if your lucky, they'll be showing the Matrix Trilogy or some other mindless Hollywood blockbuster tripe for like, the 50 billionth time.
