I also plan on using it to get both DI and miked bass signals simultaneously.
Getting a step ahead here but you will need to phase align those. Most probably do it ITB but yes: Radial makes an actual box for that too.
I’m happy to drag the waveform to align it. I do it all the time already. No biggie.

I might be misunderstanding what you're asking for, but basically any DI box? You could also just plug right in from the output of your pedalboard and see what happens - worst case you'd just need some kind of pad or a pedal with the volume turned down if it's blowing up the input.
There are some bass preamp/drive pedals (sansamp etc) that have DI/line level output built in, so that could be a good $$$ option too if you're in the market for some pedals anyway.
I'm not sure if a DI+reamp in one exists, but if it does I imagine Radial makes it.
I realize I haven’t been clear. I think I need a passive stereo DI to accomplish what I want to do (by connecting the two XLRs connectors together and using the 1/4” jacks as input and output) and it’ll have the bonus of allowing me to do stereo keyboards (hooked up differently) as well anyway.
Basically I want all three functions in a single box. If it has a polarity switch that would be bonus but not required.
1) Ground lift only - no change in impedance, no change in connector
2) Convert high impedance 1/4” to low impedance XLR, with a ground lift
3) Convert low impedance XLR to high impedance 1/4”, with a ground lift.
I could do this with regular passive DI if I wanted to have to access the back of the preamp balanced inputs and unplug shit all the damn time. I’d like to use the convenient front 1/4” inputs when I want to do this though!
