back when Helmet was godly and pwned everything. Probably the best live show i've ever witnessed was Helmet in Cambridge MA for their Aftertaste tour. I'm one of the few people I know who like Helmet and of those few people, I'm the only one who loves the Betty album.

However he did release two albums.

Seriously though, Size Matters and Monochrome may have had the name "Helmet" on them but without Stanier and Bogdan it's just that, a name and not a band.
