Hey Tim, what's your shoe size? Any pairs you want to sell? They're for my friend.
I was sanding down a sheet of acrylic plastic and managed to sand the front of my Docs off.

My friend, I mean. My friend sanded the tips of his boots off.

I wear an 11 most of the time. 11.5 Adidas. 10.5 Vans and various other shoe brands.

I may have some shoes to sell. Ask your friend what he wants. I haven't had a pair of Docs, like, ever.

I have way too much choice though (I keep buying films quicker than I can watch them), any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Science of Sleep
The Deerhunter
Chinatown
Cinema Paradiso
Weekend
Ichi The Killer
Paris, je t'aime
Visitor Q
Betty Blue
The Warriors
True Romance
P'tang Yang Kipperbang

And I still haven't cracked open my Bergman box set.

I have only seen a very few of these films.

Chinatown, great movie. Cinema Paradiso, I guess it was fine, well done and that. Betty Blue, ditto. The Warriors is pretty funny. True Romance is pretty good.

I have...never...seen...an Ingmar Bergman film.

Big gaps in my cinematic exposure.

Greg, no, I didn't *knock on wood*. No shot either.

Do you happen to know the maker of the textile riding jacket Andy Cohen wears? It looks silver-y, but it's probably glowy hi-viz green. I like that jacket. It does not look motorcycle-y. 98% of things made for this purpose are aesthetically offensive to me.

I have looked a lot and have not seen much like it.

Thanks.

i'm not Tim, and I don't know what jacket Andy Cohen wears, but you should check out www.riderwearhouse.com. They make and sell the legendary Aerostitch suit, and many other fine, american made motorcycle products and apparel.

The Spurs are going to destroy the Suns in the first round.

Thought you'd be interested.

Hey tmidgett,

I can't find our SM58. I rarely need it, but I do. Right now I've got the guy on a Beyer M88, but I can tell he'd rather have a 58. What should I do?

I got this one! Just use the left ear from some high impedance headphones. Preferably old ones with crusty ear wax and decaying foam.

I'm not Tim, either. Those are very, very nice but I think they would be difficult to tailor into girl wear given the shape. This is a primary concern. Vansons fit great (I have a leather guy (vockins-grazi per la raccomandazione. Saranno i "whiskey", amico)) and maybe I should stick with them for a textile one. But I want to get to the bottom of the Andy Cohen choice before doing so.

Confidential to Tim: these are really nice.
