I think both these bands have many awesome songs.
"Centerfold" is a brilliant song, and I hope to cover it someday, if I can sucker other people into playing it along with me.
The Darkness are a super Big Dumb Rock band, and I love Big Dumb Rock.

"Centerfold" sounds like a Joel Plaskett song which is why I love it so much.

"Boys of Summer" is, I think, a very good song written and performed by someone who had never even been in the proximity of a good song before.

The first Scorpions album is pretty damn cool. Listened to it straight through last night.

I never want to hear any of Rush's music again but the voice saying "Subdivisons" is god damn fantastic. That I could listen to everyday.

Oasis - "Hey Now"
I don't really like to subscribe to the idea of guilty pleasures. I just like to pretend that Oasis was a good band for one song.

Three Dog Night - Liar
Free - Fire & Water
Both of which I always thought should've been redone by the Jesus Lizard. When JL's "Liar" lp came out, I hoped it would indeed satisfy my odd hunger for such coverage.
Ah, no.
