I don't think you missed anything based on my memory of your posts; my tastes in this genre are pretty pedestrian: Clairo, Sabrina Carpenter, Charli xcx, Chappell Roan, etc.kokorodoko wrote: Sun Nov 10, 2024 2:37 pmWhat did I miss??brephophagist wrote: Fri Sep 20, 2024 11:14 pmeven in a year that's overflowing with female-fronted dance pop bangers
Alright! Yeah I like that Chappell song but the rest wasn't my favourite... Charli still don't interest me much... The Clairo album is good by I place it in a diff category. Dunno about Sabrina Carpenter much, heard some songs and forgot about it, new stuff sounds better than the earlier. Some nice arrangements.brephophagist wrote: Mon Nov 11, 2024 8:46 pmI don't think you missed anything based on my memory of your posts; my tastes in this genre are pretty pedestrian: Clairo, Sabrina Carpenter, Charli xcx, Chappell Roan, etc.
Julie is great - nothing earth shattering, but waves the 90s flag with big vigourempeevee wrote: Wed Nov 20, 2024 4:36 am Have been enjoying the heck out of these two. Julie is definitely for fans of Swirlies as they sound VERY much like them.
