I'm a once-a-day shitter, usually by 9am. One way I know I'm still jet-lagged is because I shit at my home time (PST/PDST) when I am someplace in a different time zone. I've been in Italy for two days and yesterday I shit at 5pm (8am PST) and today at 8pm (11am PST). At this rate I'll be over jet-lag in 3-5 more days.
