Sure, but her back up is Gregory Hines.

My mom liked Guns 'N' Roses until they did the Charles Manson cover.

If you could hear this picture, you'd say "Jeez, that sounds incredible!"

How could you "crap" this record? Shellac hit this one out of the ball park as if they were the Milwaukee Brewers or something...

I just got home from work and in the mail was my l.p. I'm listening to it right at this moment. still messing with the equalizing knobs on my old record player. the art work is spectacular. I'm thrilled right now.

edit: my first run though; this is album is fantastic. I've only heard "end of radio", and "paco" outside of this record, and now having heard the whole thing, I'm thoroughly satisfied. what a great album!

I'd never seen Strong Bad until after I heard this album, so my girlfriend showed it to me the other day. Some character named 'The Cheat' came onscreen, and I said, "Hey, that's Bob Weston's EA board icon!"

So, uhhh...perhaps that's your explanation?

i could be wrong, but I am pretty sure the cheat doesn't talk, well using "words" anyway.

pitchfork wrote: The reviews are irrelevant, and one from Pitchfork probably means even less to Shellac listeners than most.

That's the truest thing Pitchfork's written in the entire time I've been aware of them.

I never said he did. Just that Bob is apparently a fan of them, so having Strong Bad in a song is perhaps less unusual than people are making it out to be.
