Now that people have seen it, how much fucking monster am I going to see? It isn't a monster movie unless at least 1/4 of the movie is ugly-ass monster stomping on shit.

if you put every quick flash you see of the monster together and cut out the rest I'd say the movie would be oh, 2 minutes long. Maybe not even.
They never really show it completely.

Just saw it. Was not impressed. I think I could count the number of scenes I really enjoyed from the movie on one hand.

Can't wait for this to come out on DVD. I work at a movie rental store, so it'll be a week of:

Customer: "Did you see Cloverfield?"
Me: "Yeah, it was meh. Disappointing would probably be the best way to describe it."
Co-Workers/Other Customers in the store: "Whatever. You suck."
Me: ":("

They're starting showing the monster in previews now. IMO it's not very original looking - reminds me of shit from Mighty Max.

I like the backwards elbows the monster has. and the puffy lung things in it's head.

I was pretty disappointed by this movie.
thought it would be a lot better.
