There's a guy in Twickenham doing terrible things to harmless old acoustics and then putting them up for sale on Gumtree (kinda Craigslist).

Sid's toys. Absolutely brings out the nurturer in me. He just about managed to get the pole pieces aligned on the third attempt.
I can't help but feel the eleventh or twelfth time someone puts a semitone of downward pressure on the vibrato, the top is going to cave in.
I came here to post the Gibson Mark III, but those have it beaten.

Oh god, I missed those modded acoustics before. Granted those are beaters that would have probably ended up on the walls of Fuddruckers otherwise but christ..
