I didn't think so! This new season has been a grave disappointment for me, clumsy and a bit whatever-will-Homer-think-of-next?

Maybe it's partly because the Apple ads have annoyed me a fair bit; slightly cheeky of Mitchell and Webb to kinda use those though - they don't write Peep Show, which is why it is/was better than the sketch programme.

Doesn't change the fact that, for me, the 1st three seasons represent the best Brit sitcom for an age.

I was just about to come post about this show, but I saved myself from Kerbletory.

I finished watching the DVD for Season 1 just seconds ago. It is great, but probably better to watch with friends... This is probably not giving anything away, but the one frustrating thing was definitely how well this show sucked me into the plot of two otherwise loathsome fuckheads. But hey, they're funny loathsome fuckheads. Also much of what made the show great was the way each fuckhead's P.O.V. was portrayed. It's a painful show to watch, but in a good way. If,um, that makes any sense.

And yeah, either guy ultimately makes Gareth from The Office seem really likeable and normal.

I just watched the first episode from Season 4 last night and I found it as funny as the previous seasons, which is to say I liked it quite a bit.

Being in the US I haven't had to see the Mac commercials but I can't see how it would spoil the show for me. I still enjoy John Hodgeman when I see him on the Daily Show.

they didn't really spoil it for me, but the adverts are particularly smug and irritating, as hinted at here by Charlie Brooker

Yeah, the adverts make Apple, Mitchell, Webb, and all Mac users look like cunts. Much like the comments following that Brooker article.

Can anyone find a picture of the Mac twat ads where they are holding the placards? I've tried googling, to no avail.
