no one does. i had that one song on the T&G sampler from last year (two years ago?) for the longest time, but never understood their significance (and never bought one of their records) until about four months ago, when i stumbled across their Wikipedia entry. i ♥ the Ex.

I still curse the day my bandmate told me his other band was going on
tour with the Ex and Tom Cora and also the day of his return when he
said he'd spotted Andy Kerr leaving one of the venues with a stack of
his bands albums under his arm.

the ex are a fucking good band, in the life and on stage , they are very generous with the public, always a pleasure to meet/see thems!!!!

Starters Alternators is fantastic.
they were greater than great live the night i saw them. they played the following night as well. i wish i had gone to both.
