Not only is Oblivion going to be ported to the PS3, it's going to have all of the new content that you have to download separately for the 360 (including the "Knights of the Nine" add-on). The Elder Scrolls IV was the only reason I bought a 360. When no other comparably awesome games were released I traded the damn thing in. I just recently dusted off the "Leisure Suit Larry: Ultimate Pleasure Pack" and well as "Zork: Grand Inquisitor, "Return to Zork" and "Zork Nemesis". I'm gonna play my way through those again to kill some time.

Harvest Moon: It's a Wonderful Life
Narnia and I play together on the Gamecube.............it's becoming an obsession, although I think I'm a little more obsessed than she. She spends more time on her DS playing Animal Crossing.

haha. I have a penchant for computer games in the winter months.
I just ran through
Flashback again, cause it was so much fun.
Sanitarium is really compelling less the horrible voice acting of the lead, but has great isometric graphics. both
Syberia I and II are lovely and
the Longest Journey is wordy, but exemplary. then there's also
Grim Fandango and the
Monkey Island series, which are hilarious.
so gae.

I've been addicted to Text Twist and just about every other game on addictivegames.com. I also love the Lego Star Wars games for X-Box.

I seem to mostly prefer older games too, but i have been getting some recent stuff on the go. Already mentioned, i am currently splitting my time between Okami and Katamari. Both of which are as good as any game i have ever played.
I'm thinking of getting God Hand as well because it's meant to be hard. I like hard games (well only if they are good too like, obviously). It seems that alot of the newer ones are very easy, but just really long. I don't get that. I'd rather have a short game that was challenging with good replay value any day.

Silly, silly fun. Great music.
Tutku and I have been playing Katamari Damacy for the past month or two. We play pretty rarely, but damn is that a fun game. The King is crazy!!
Also, we played a little Silent Hill 3, but I found the control to be crummy and the game not terribly fun in general.
Katamari Damacy!!!!!
(for PS2)

Surfrider of the rock band Zangief! Fellow nerd!
I was just about to post a C/NC poll on
God Hand, because I spent last September addicted to it. It is one of the best games I have ever played in my life. No fooling.
If you enjoy "walk-and-punch" games, such as
Double Dragon,
Renegade, and
Final Fight, then I implore you to buy
God Hand, because you will probably like it as much as I did. It is a brutally difficult game, but I could not put it down. Oh, it is a delight.

I remember renting Sanitarium some time ago and enjoying it. It is now reminding me of that 7-disc horror game that the King's Quest Lady released: Phantasmagoria. I kind of liked that game, although it was a little over the top. Grim Fandango and the Monkey Island Series (haven't played Escape from Monkey Island) are classics. I've been trying to find my copy of Curse of Monkey Island but I think it's been filched.. bastards!

is that the 3d one? it looked terrible and got some awful reviews.

the whole series is like that. it's great in concept and mood and graphics, but is completely uninteresting to play. Yawn.

I've been playing Tony Hawk's Project 8, obviously.
