It's not really their fault, that their parents are sorta connected to the music biz.
And hey, all Ramones songs have the same beat, but in my view 'it's alive' is still a classic.

The Ramones formed in '74. They signed to Sire in '75.

The more shocking it seems, that two years later they still had only one beat at their disposal. And that's with Joey moving away from the drumkit.
I'm sure BYOP will be able to manage at least two kinda rhythms in a couple of years, now that Jamine has quit.

For some strange reason I have yet to hear this band, even though I'm *groan* cyber-friends with the bass player Nathan. He has great taste in music, and, being such a young kid, has a nice grasp of music history. It wouldn't be fair for me to vote at this point. I just wanted to stick-up for my boy.
