yeah it's pretty weak, but I did find the various ideas and odd part funny, for that reason I will say Not Crap.

If one were to compare this futuristic reality to FOX programming, then I'd say 2008.
Shows like Trading Spouses, American Idol, COPS, etc... are essentially the same thing as Kick In The Balls and Rehabilitation.
The level of intelligence in the future seems to be on par with such "wonderful" FOX programming as The War At Home and 'Til Death.
To some extent I would also include Family Guy, American Dad and even The Simpsons, but those shows are so pop culture driven that they seem to mock the culture of the people that regularly tune in.
Overall, I was flat out amazed by how ridiculous this movie was.
I literally watched it as if I were watching a train wreck live on the news.

I just watched this with a group of friends last weekend. Afterwards, I compared Family Guy to
Ow, My Balls to them, being the only one on the planet that dislikes that show. Now that I think about it, it's a lot more comparable to Jackass.

Damn, I laughed myself silly during this. It's not surprising to me that it got buried, in a business sense anyway- it was released by Fox and it openly satirizes Fox News, Costco, Starbucks, Carls Jr., etc.

as a result of watching this, at least once a week me or my boyfriend find a perfect moment to go "i like money." watering plants with gatorade? totally funny... although i see how its eXtremeness could put someone off. basically, don't go into this film thinking it will be anything like the dry humor of office space.
i'm going to go get me a starbucks.

I sat down to watch this with a Gatorade to cure a hangover. I felt dumb, but not crap, except for the ending.
