How have you made use of the technology to create cirtain sounds you are after?

Do you think your techniques and use of technology reflect the genre of music you work in (i.e grunge and punk)?

How do you think you have responded to changes in the music industry and its associated technology?

Would you say you could define "your" sound? (i don't think i could but hey?)

What would you say are key tracks, moments and techniques in your career. If i could get some examples that would be amazing.

If ANYONE could pass this onto him or help me with answers in any way i would be hugely grateful! Unfortunatly i do need examples and evidence of anything anyone puts here.

I would say go to http://www.google.com and try some terms like "steve", "albini", and "interview."

Also, interviews are usually posted on the forum. Search for them here using the "Search" link at the top of the page. Again, some key terms would be "Steve" and "interview."

I've read a nice amount of interviews, I'm sure there are a ton more out there that I haven't... they all seem to ask similar questions to yours.

seeing as i have acces to the forum i thought i might aswell try it.

i have got some stuff, like the video from a university lecture he did and a sos article. just thought if i could contact the man i need to talk to its werth it.
