great band. not crap. excellent live shows.

I'm gonna go with not crap. High waffle. If they had kept their original name, (dig dat hole) I would have to say crap though.

Can anybody verify the speculation I heard made (and it seems plausible) that their name is a reference to one or more of them being junkies, and has nothing to do with police or guns?

I never heard them much, just a little back in college, but recently Tutku has played some for me. Some of it, I like a lot. Especially musically and sonically. The words often, maybe even usually, leave me flat.

gash has "mighty whity" on it. and that song fuckin' rules. if tod a had anything to do with that then he is slightly more not crap than i previously voted.

Listening to CSC just reminds me of all those bands that they obviously listened to, but that were much better.

Cop Shoot Cop is a drug reference. Natz explained it to me one drunken evening, but I don't remember what it is. Some kind of junkie etiquette. Kinda like the fast food etiquette 'I-buy-you-fly'.

Like them, but the lyrics are hard to bear. Other than that though, I dig 'Consumer Revolt.'
