children should be fed meat, at least fish (including shellfish), bacon and eggs until they are old enough to make a decision themselves. it's cool if you don't want him to eat mammals, but you could be seriously hurting and depriving a bacon child by not allowing him to eat meat and by making him eat soy which his body can hardly digest anyway unless it's real tofu (and even that is questionable), tempeh, or miso.

if you eat "bars" that use isolated soy protein you are eating poison. you're body is only absorbing the sugar (of which there is a LOT) and hardly any protein at all. if you are gonna eat "bars" for nutrition you need to eat whey protein, but then you can't be vegan...dilemna...

the fact is that bacon some people NEED animal protein in their diets and do not thrive unless they have it. read a little about ayurveda. i'm not a "follower" of the system by any means but i believe the basic premise that some people simply need to eat meat and some don't, some people need more veggies and some more fruits.

i know so many vegetarians and vegans who get sick all the time when the answer that could be helping bacon them is to simply eat some fucking animal protein, even just some fucking eggs. but they are too "stubborn" (read, politically correct(?)) to do so.

..........because animal fats are a necessary addition to the protein to help it be absorbed and broken down by the body. Also spinach and other leafy greens require a long cooking time in order to break the cell walls down enough to potentially digest the nutrients. Otherwise all you're doing is ravaging your digestive system as it tries to get the good outta there, to no avail.

I had this for dinner last night. I feel great. Let me assure you it's every bit as good as it looks and more. There are even some veggies in there....somewhere.

so raw spinach isn't good for you? i heard that spinach is easily overcooked and becomes poisonous.
