Your crazy. Starting a vinyl collection makes about as much sense as picking up a coke habit.

Hey, what can I get into that:
-I'll think about all the time
-Search for when I can't find it what I want
-Spend a lot of money on.

Cocaine or Vinyl: no difference. You've gone down a terrible road my friends. A long and terrible road.

Ah.Reading this thread really kills me. I moved to the end of nowhere about 2 years ago but we have this record shop that seems to have every single album I shelled out for on CD in the 90s because you just couldn't get it on vinyl. On vinyl. All the Beefheart, all the Velvets, Can, you name it. The s/h rack is like a museum - I picked up nr mint 1st presses of the first 3 Roxy Music LPs for 4 quid apiece. I walked into a s/h bookshop last week and there were mint copies of a dozen LPs each by Miles Davis and Coltrane sitting in the racks. People here just have no money and don't buy anything. Since I already shelled out for these things on CD: Last month =

Aphex Twin: SAW Vol 2
Seefeel: Succour
Seefeel: Quique Redux Edition
GVSB: Venus Luxure
Normstation - Northstation - 3" CD of remixes packed in an origami foxhead (!)
Machinfabrik - Weeler
Danny Norbury - Dusk
Andrea Parker - 2 white label promos (Here's one I made Earlier)
The Tuss (probably the Aphex Twin) - Confederation Trough EP
Delia Derbyshire - Electrosonic
Besnard Lakes - Would Anyone Come To Visit Me (10")
Melt Banana - Bambi's Dilemma
Joanna Newsome - Ys Street Band EP

Shellac - EIG on preorder
Various - Box of Dub in the post

I'm so skint now, but there's nothing to do here except work and listen to music

I dug it. Highly electronic. Almost a combo of dance-pop and modern EBM-style industrial at some points... toss some hip-hop and maybe a little funk in there too, I guess. It's pretty "chill" when its not "bouncy". Each song is different though, it even rocks out at some points.

Thanks. The last release I picked up from TKK was Hit & Run Holiday which I thought was spotty at best.

Looks like you've moved on from boring Chicago noise-rock to boring Chicago "experimental." Congrats on the evolution.
