Whoa, I thought I was the only person on here that liked GWAR!

I love Cooper. I grew up on him. And I've always dug bands that had included a "theatrical" element to their schtick. But Manson is a fucking douche. In more ways than one...I mean, who the fuck would cheat on Dita?!? What a fucking idiot. I'm really really hoping for an early death for that guy.

Cooper wins this one. No doubt.

On a related note, I played in an Alice Cooper cover band in the mid '80s with a few members of The Replacements and The Mofos. The Coop stuff wasn't the easiest to learn, songs like Muscle of Love, Billion Dollar Babies, Halo of Flies.. fairly complicated rock.

That band is also the reason I got into playing SGs.

So cool.

I, too, like Gwar. I saw them 3 times, once at Dreamerz and twice at the Vic. I've got a few of their records, and also some of their videos.

I don't think I'd buy anything new by them, their schtick seemed to be getting a little thin on the last thing I bought by them, but they're fun in a stupid way.

I forgot MM was dumped by Dita. Make him even more foolish in my eyes. I thought she dumped him because of his drinking, more than cheating on her. Why the fuck would anyone cheat on her? I have the feeling she is up for just about anything, what more could you want?

This is indeed an excellent picture of the band.

My mother freaked out when I took the calendar out of the Killer album and hung it on my wall. If I remember correctly, she tore it up.

Cheetah Chrome told me once that before joining the Dead Boys, Stiv Bators was in an Alice Cooper cover band called Mother Goose.

Why don't more people play EB-0's and EB-3's? Are they hard to play? Do they sound shitty? I've never played bass, but they have to be the coolest looking bass guitars ever. Dennis Dunaway is one of my absolute favorite bass players.

I have an EB3 "reissue".

I think they sound great, I love the way it plays. I always wanted one ever since seeing Dennis Dunaway playing it, so I got one last year. I totally love everything about it. I was even able to find a white one.

Yeah, Dennis Dunaway is awesome. Apparently the remaining members get together and play every year.

Glen Buxton was one of the most unique, cool and underrated '70s rock guitarists.
