Mmmm...damn, I love Goose Island. For such a good beer, you'd be surprised how hard it is to find here in NYC. I went apeshit when we stumbled into a place one afternoon that had Honker's on tap.

Naturally, by the time I stumbled out of the place, I was incapable of remembering its name and now I can't find it again.

More importantly, what cereals are you all pouring these beers over?

I don't drink beer until the p.m.

I will often combat coffee jitters on the weekends with a couple of light lawnmower beers later in the morning. Oh so healthy I am.

Last Christmas I was home after a good 8 months straight of working 6 day weeks. The first morning I was there I cracked a draught can of Boddington's within 10 minutes of waking up and started playing videogames with my little brother. I polished off the other three by the time lunch was over. It was a beautiful day.

"lawnmower beers"

This is a great phrase and there's something decidedly Wisconsin about it. Gotta remember this one.

Ok. Yeah. Well. That works too. I mean, the only reason I said that Guinness is the only acceptable answer is because I have it on tap at home. If I had Founders on tap...yeah...I'd drink that too.

Beer for breakfast. Love it!

When I was a little kid in Newcastle, "Broon Ale" essentially meant "beer".

You would be "gannin' doon the offy f'sum Broon Ale" instead of going down the off-license for some beer.

I don't think I knew that other types of beer existed until my family moved south.
