I would take the guitar back to the 'luthier' who worked on your guitar and ask him/her, "What exactly did you do to this." If he/she can't pull out a record of your guitar work take it directly to another luthier. If he can tell you what she/he did, write it all down and post it here.

Either way, don't take anything back to that 'luthier'.

And you hear a lot of this on the PRF because most of us find it true; thick stings, clean action. It may seem stiff and high to you at first, but I guarantee that you'll always have a good sounding instrument with the right amount of string tension. At least 12s with a wound g and zero fret buzz.

I'm going to tennatively agree with the people who said your truss rod is too tight, though I'd suggest restringing with 12s first. Don't fuck with the bridge. If this luthier dressed your guitar moving the bridge will be the #1 thing to NOT do.
